Thin Lizzy powder makeup broken up into peices?

I bought thin lizzy powder compact makeup in december in NZ. I am now in the Philippines and i find that the makeup breaks and turns into loose powder. is this normal? how can i stop this from happening to my next one?Thin Lizzy powder makeup broken up into peices?

i broke mine 2 ...i dropped it...but i kept using it....therez really nothing wrong with a broken one...i think...
