I have brown hair and brown eyes. I normally wear liquid foundation, but I'm getting tired of wearing it. I want to try powder. I've heard I need a moisturizer, primer, and then the powder. Is this right? What are some cheap, but great brands for each of these three items? Also, what is the difference between matte, loose, and all those different kinds of powders %26amp; what do you recommend? I really need to know and I really need some tips on all of this. no. i use powder foundation and dont use any of that crap and im fine haha
but it is a better idea.
avon is always cheap!
