Brown rice flour as makeup setting powder?

Today I was shopping for flour %26amp; this brown rice flour really have a nice texture %26amp; color. Can I use it as a makeup setting powder? I had used rice powder blotting papers. Does this have the same effects.Brown rice flour as makeup setting powder?
I would think not as it is a food item specifically for foods.





Think of how it would react with moisture from your face? It would cake and become doughy like all flours do when introduced to liquids.





Make up powder is a mineral or talc base product designed to abosrb moisture and not interact with it.
