If you're asking about tinted moisturizer that should mean that you have a pretty good complexion. TM isn't good for oily complexions and won't give much coverage for spots or freckles. If you choose a tinted moisturizer you should just wear it by itself, not with any powder.

If so you are lucky enough to have good skin, test out any brand of foundation that suits your wallet. You have to test to get the colour right. It should blend in to your jawline to look almost invisible (just making blemishes on your skin less obvious) for you to consider it.

Coral Colors is a brand that sells cheap loose powders. The difference between cheap and expensive powders is the texture. It will be lighter than your skin tone but if you pick translucent powder it should set your make-up invisibly. Buy a good large brush and to apply dab it in the powder, then 'bang' the brush upside down a couple of times gently so that there isn't got too much powder on the tip of the brush.

Don't be afraid to test out different brands. You are looking to buy brands and colours that look natural and that suit your budget.

You should always use moisturizer under make-up so that the make-up doesn't block your pores.Looking for a good loose powder to set makeup. and a good foundation or tinted moisturizer?

It all depends on what kind of foundation you like, there are a few types out there that I LOVE and use on many of my clients, I use Revlon custom Creations which isn't to expensive usually 8-15 dollars, depending on where you go. But I also LOVE Dream Mate Mousse foundation, which creates a natural look and evens out your skin very nicely and is very light weight which makes you feel like you have nothing on.And for a loose powder, loose powders never really give an effect unless you get a color too dark for your skin. For you I would go with a Translucide loose powder by Loreal its naturally luminous powder that cost only about 5-6 dollars to get. And if you want a glow, get a moisturizer I use clean%26amp;clear morning glow, you put it on before your make up and it glows right through your cover up, showing radiant skin. The foundations I just mentioned will give you a good enough color for your skin, and you will not need any blush to make your make up stand out.
sorry i dont know much about loose powder, but rimmel do a brill pressed one, its called ' Stay Matte' and for foundation Dream Matte Mousse.

If i was you , i would try the testers out in the stop. Always test base makeup, such as foundation, powder or concealer, on the inside of your wrist because the skin tone here most resembles the skin tone on your face.
A really good loose powder is Covergirl. I love it
